Recrystallization of magadiite into ferrierite using cyclohexylamine as template

摘要 以环己胺为模板剂,将麦羟硅钠石转晶制备出镁碱沸石。分别采用X-射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜和热重分析仪对所合成的样品进行了表征。结果表明,制备出的镁碱沸石为纯相,结晶度好,晶体形貌为球型,热稳定高,在1 000℃仍能保持结构的完整。分别从硅铝比、碱度、模板剂用量三个方面考察了各因素对合成的影响,确定了合成的最佳配比。 The ferrierite is prepared by recrystallization of magadiite into ferrierite in the presence of cyclohexylamine( CHA). The as-obtained ferrierite was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,and thermogravimetry analysis. The result showed that the pure and well crystallized ferrierite which has spheroidal shape was prepared. The as-synthesized ferrierite exhibited thermal stability because the structure still retained when the temperature rose above 1 000 ℃.The influence of key reaction parameters on the formation of ferrierite,including the Si O2/ Al2O3 reactant ratio,alkalinity and the CHA / Si O2 reactant ratio,were examined. The optimized composition of the reactant mixture was obtained.
