苯甲酸钠对共混膜的影响及研究

摘要 壳聚糖(CS)、魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)与苯甲酸钠(SB)通过溶液共混法制备三元共混膜。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射仪表征了共混膜的结构,紫外光谱测试其透光率,拉伸试验机测试其力学性能,同时测试了该膜的吸水率及抗菌性能。结果表明,壳聚糖与魔芋葡甘聚糖摩尔比为3∶1,苯甲酸钠占两种单体质量6%时,制得的共混膜断裂伸长率达到最大值,且膜的抗菌性最好,同时苯环引入能够降低膜的吸水性。 The chitosan-konjac flour konjac glucomannan-sodium benzoate blend films were prepared by solution of sodium,and then characterized by FTIR,XRD,transmittancy,measurement of mechanical properties,percent water absorption and antimicrobial activity. Results showed that chitosan and konjac flour konjac glucomannan ratio 3∶ 1,accounting for two monomer mass sodium benzoate 6%,the resulting blend film of the tensile strength and elongation reached its maximum,and the film's most antimicrobial good,while reducing the introduction of the water-absorbing film was a benzene ring.
