摘要
通过超声浸渍法在堇青石表面固载石墨烯涂层从而制备得到Pd/石墨烯/堇青石催化剂,并研究其催化甲苯燃烧的性能。研究表明,石墨烯涂层显著提高了Pd粒子的分散度以及载体表面的疏水性。与Pd/堇青石催化剂相比,Pd/石墨烯/堇青石催化剂的甲苯的起燃温度从180℃降至120℃,而且在水蒸气存在的情况下表现出更好的稳定性。动力学研究表明,Pd/石墨烯/堇青石催化剂上甲苯催化燃烧符合一级反应动力学规律,活化能为60.93 k J/mol。
Immobilizing graphene( Gr) nanosheets on the surface of cordierite via ultra-sonic impregnation method,and prepared a Pd / graphene / cordierite catalyst. The performance of tolune catalytic combustion on Pd / graphene / cordierite catalyst has been investigated. The presence of graphene coating significantly enhances the dispersion of Pd nanoparticles as well as the hydrophobicity of the support. Compared with Pd / cordierite catalyst,the ignition temperature of toluene on Pd / graphene / cordierite catalyst was decreased from 180 ℃ to 120 ℃,and had a better stability in the presence of steam. Kinetics study shows that first order reaction model can be used for the fitness of the catalytic combustion of toluene on Pd / graphene / cordierite catalyst with an activation energy 60. 93 k J / mol.
