温度/pH双重响应性纳米微胶囊的制备及表征 被引量:3

摘要 将N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)和丙烯酸(AA)单体引入小分子液滴正辛烷为模板的细乳液共聚体系,制备了p H/温度双重响应性P(NIPAM-co-AA)纳米微胶囊。利用红外(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)表征了纳米微胶囊的结构与形貌。并研究了AA含量对纳米微胶囊的温度响应性及p H敏感性的影响。结果表明,制备的纳米微胶囊具有良好的p H敏感性和温度响应性,最低临界溶解温度(LCST)在40-50℃之间;单体AA的引入提高了纳米胶囊对p H的敏感性。 The P( NIPAM-co-AA) nanocapsules with p H / temperature sensitive were synthesized using octane as template through introducing of comonomer N-isopropylacrylamide( NIPAM) and acroleic acid(AA) into the miniemulsion polymerization of styrene(St). The structure and morphology of nanocapsules were characterized by FTIR and TEM. The influence of amount of AA on p H and temperature dual stimuli-responsive properties of nanocapsules were studied. The results show that the P( NIPAM-co-AA) nanocapsules exhibit p H and temperature dual stimuli-responsive properties,and the lower critical solution temperature( LCST) of nanocapsules is about 40 ~ 50 ℃. The introduction of AA monomer improved the p H-sensitivity of the nanocapsules.
