2015年1季度中国禽蛋市场形势好于上年同期,全国零售价格为10.72元/kg,与上年同期相比大幅上涨10.7%。受春节节日消费影响,节前蛋价短期回升,节后受供求关系影响,蛋价持续回落。蛋鸡配合饲料价格同比持平略涨,蛋料比价同比上涨,养殖效益良好。预计短期内鸡蛋价格将以震荡下行为主。
China＇s poultry eggs market situation in the first quarter of 2015 was better than the same period of previous year with the retail price at 10.72 yuan per kilogram, up 10.7% compared with the same period of previous year. Affected by the Spring Festival consumption, the eggs prices rebounded in short term before festival, then affected by supply and demand, the eggs prices continued to fall after festival. Prices of formula feed for layer were stable with a little increase, price ratio of egg and feed increased, and the breeding benefit was better than the same period of previous year. It is expected that the short-term price of eggs will decrease with a shock.
