摘要
目前,独立焦化作为煤化工行业的支柱产业增效减排压力巨大。本文综合运用物质流与资源价值流理论分析方法对典型独立焦化企业整体工艺流程进行系统诊断,即通过引入用日本LIME值评价体系,计算得到企业内部资源成本和外部环境损害成本,进而揭示传统方法无法反映的废弃物经济损失与环境损害价值,找出独立焦化企业急需改进的瓶颈因素。最后,依据技术和经济可行性相统一的原理,确定不同的改进方案,为确定循环经济重点改善环节提供科学依据。利用物质流与资源价值流理论方法对河南某独立焦化企业整体工艺流程进行系统的分析,即分别通过对炼焦-化产生产流程内部资源成本和外部环境损害成本进行计算和分析,揭示传统方法无法反映的废弃物经济损失与环境损害价值,为确定循环经济重点改善环节提供科学依据。
Independent coking is a pillar coal chemical industry, which are facing synergistic tremendous pressure on emission reduction. In this paper, the integrated material flow and value flow methods were used to analyze the production process of internal resources and external environmental damage cost of coking cost, revealing the economic loss and damage to the environment value of waste which traditional method cannot reflect. Finally, based on the principle of technical and economic feasibility of unity, determine the improvement scheme is different, in order to determine the focus of circular economy to provide a scientific basis to improve the link.
