摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇剖宫产术后的影响。方法随机将120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分为对照组60例和观察组60例,2组均以整体护理为基础,对照组采用传统的护理方法,观察组将妊娠期糖尿病护理路径引入整个护理过程。比较2组治疗依从性、血糖控制情况和健康知识知晓率。结果观察组治疗依从性、健康知识知晓率明显好于对照组;血糖控制和体质量控制情况亦好于对照组。结论实施妊娠期糖尿病临床护理路径,能优化护理流程,促进产妇早日康复。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical nursing path in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus after cesarean section.Methods Totally 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.The two groups were given holistic nursing as the basis.The control group was given traditional nursing,the experimental group was given clinical nursing path for gestational diabetes mellitus.Results The health knowledge awareness rate and treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group.The postpartum blood glucose control and weight in the observation group were better than that in the control group.Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing path for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can optimize the nursing process,promote maternal recovery.
