杂交手术治疗复杂B型主动脉夹层的手术配合

Operative cooperation of hybrid operation in stanford B type aortic dissection

摘要 15例患者接受了杂交手术治疗复杂型B型主动脉夹层,手术均顺利完成。随访1-12个月无内漏、截瘫及脑部并发症的发生。充分的术前准备,密切的术中配合,尤其是在动脉移植及支架植入时密切监测患者的生命体征、备好抢救用药、严格无菌技术操作是确保手术患者安全至关重要的环节。
