针对油田企业厂界噪声监测过程中遇到的技术难点,在熟练理解GB 12348—2008《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》的基础上,归纳总结了测量条件、测点位置、测点布设、背景噪声、测量记录等过程细节的技术要点,并在实际监测工作中得以应用,为管理和决策提供了科学、有效和准确的监测数据。

Aiming at the technical difficulties of oilfield enterprises noise monitoring,on the basis of understanding 'Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary'(GB 12348—2008),this paper summarizes the technical essentials of measuring conditions,measurement techniques,position sensors,background noise and measurement records and apply them in practice,which provides scientific,effective and accurate monitoring data for management and decision making.
