TOC/TN分析仪测定水质中总氮的方法研究及应用

摘要 目前测定水中总氮(TN)含量采用的是HJ 636—2012《水质总氮的测定碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法》,其实验条件要求较为苛刻。用TOC/TN分析仪测定水质中总氮含量,测定样品的相对标准偏差为0.72%~4.64%,加标回收率为97.5%~103.0%,测定标准样品的相对误差为-4.33%~7.00%,精密度、准确度均能达到标准要求。该方法简化了实验步骤,提高了工作效率,可代替标准方法。 Currently,the method to determine total nitrogen(TN) content in water is environmental protection standard 'Water Quality-Determination of Total Nitrogen-Alkaline Potassium Persulfate Digestion UV Spectrophotometric Method'(HJ 636—2012)which requires extremely strict experiment conditions.By using TOC/TN analyzer to determine total nitrogen in water quality,the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 0.72%-4.64%,the recovery of standard addition is 97.5%-103.0%and the relative error is —4.33%-7.00%which means its precision,accuracy,recovery of standard addition can all meet national standard requirements.This method can simplify the experimental steps,improve working efficiency and replace the national standard method.
