黄河河南段航运历史悠久,曾对河南乃至整个中华民族经济文化的发展做出过重大贡献。目前河南省的内河航运由于历史欠账过多,缺乏资金,成为整个综合交通运输体系中最薄弱的环节,发展远远跟不上日益增加的运输需求。通过阅读文献、搜集资料,从黄河河南段复航对河南的交通运输发展、经济发展的积极作用等方面,论述复航的必要性,分析复航工程中面临的相关问题,并针对具体问题提出了相应的解决方案。

The navigation on Henan Reach of the Yellow River has a long history, which is significant to the development of economy and culture not only for the Henan area but also for China. At present, for the reason of too many former problems, especially the insufficient investment, the problem of navigation in Henan Province is too serious to satisfy the increasing transportation demand. Aim at illuminating the impact of navigation on the economic and traffic development, the necessity of resuming the navigation on the Henan Reach of the Yellow River is analyzed, so as to the relevant problems. Furthermore, the countermeasures are put forward.
