摘要 高校教师的教育教学能力是教师专业能力发展的重要内容。以辽宁某高校57名外语教师为研究对象,结合文献研究与30个题项的问卷调查与分析,探索外语教师教学能力的影响因子。实验数据显示,外语教师的教学能力受教师与教师教学资源组织能力、教学风格与教学设计能力、教师教学口头表达能力、教师教学认知能力、教师课堂教学实施能力、教师教学能力内、外在因素和教学反思能力等因素的影响,这七项内容具有一定的有效因子作用。 University teachers' educating and teaching ability is the important content of teachers' professional ability. Taking the 57 teachers as candidates in one university of Liaoning province as an example,this paper,combined with literature study and questionnaire survey analysis,intends to explore the influencing factor of foreign language teachers' teaching ability. Seven effective factors are extracted,indicating that foreign language teachers' teaching abilities have been influenced by teachers and teaching resources organization ability,teaching style and teaching design ability,teaching oral communication ability,teachers' teaching cognitive ability,teachers' classroom teaching ability,teachers' teaching ability to internal and external factors,and teaching reflection ability.These seven factors have certain effective factors' function.
