高职院校外语专业面向社会开展职业培训业务的途径研究——以兰州石化职业技术学院应用外语系为例

Study of the Ways of Social Vocational Training for Foreign-language Majors in Vocational College

高职院校开展职业培训、服务社会大众是区域经济发展的内在要求,对于地方院校外语专业而言,提高自身的社会服务能力已成为当前专业发展和改革的原动力。分析了当前高职院校外语专业面向社会开展职业培训的现状、问题和原因,着重从企业培训入手研讨了职业院校外语系的社会服务问题,探索具有专业特色的职业培训形式。研究表明:高职院校面向社会开展职业培训并向纵深发展还需做许多探索性工作,目前总体尚处在起步阶段,这要求高职院校必须苦练内功,提高服务社会的能力,进而促使行业企业反哺高职教育。

This study pointed out that it is the inherent requirement of regional economic development to carry out vocational training and social services for higher vocational colleges.As the foreign -language major in the local college,how to improve their ability of serving society has become the major impulsion of its development and re-form.The study put emphasis on the problems of social services of the foreign -language major in vocational colle-ges from the aspects of vocational training based on the analysis of its present situation,the problems and the rea-sons,in order to figure out the ways of vocational training with professional characteristic finally.The research re-sults indicate that：it is still in its infancy of developing vocational training and social services for higher vocational colleges,which need hard work of vocational college,improved ability of serving society.Eventually the virtuous cycle can prompt feedback of enterprises to higher vocational education.
