高职院校“双师双专型”班主任工作探析

Probe into Work of Head Teachers with Double-certificate and Double-profession in Vocational Colleges

结合高职院校"职业性、技能型、就业性"等培养特点,提出建立高职院校"双师双专型"("双师型"——管理服务育人师、职业规划就业指导师,"双专型"——专业教师担任专职班主任)班主任工作机制,并进行研究探索。

This paper probes into the work system of head teachers with double -certificate and double -profession in vocational colleges.The concept of double -certificate stands for teachers who can not only manage students but also guide student’s jobs,while double -profession means specialized teachers serve as professional head teachers to accord with the characteristics of vocational education.
