现阶段我国的基本建设单位财务管理工作比较滞后,财务管理工作未能渗透到基本建设的各个环节和领域,存在较多盲区,健全基本建设财务管理制度,及时发现并纠正这些问题,对于提高建设单位效益,保证基本建设项目有序实施具有重要意义。

Currently,the financial management in infrastructure construction falls behind the standard and the con-cept of financial management is not made universal in all fields of infrastructure construction.It makes a great sense to perfect the financial management system,correct the problems and ensure the conduct of infrastructure construc-tion.
