Effect of Compound Film Made From Epidermal Growth Factor and Hyaluronic Acid on Wound Healing of Skin Incision in Rats

摘要 目的探讨表皮生长因子-透明质酸(EGF-HA)复合膜对大鼠皮肤切口愈合的影响。方法 36只SD大鼠随机分为观察组和对照组,每组18只。脊柱两旁切口至肌层,缝合切口,观察组贴EGF-HA复合膜,对照组贴空白膜,每日更换至术后14 d。于术后第3、5、7、9、14、21天每组分别处死3只,制取标本,做HE染色、masson染色、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)含量测定。结果观察组表皮层和真皮层愈合早于对照组,成纤维细胞排列疏松、规则,masson染色中绿色胶原带较窄。观察组术后各时间段PCⅢ含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 EGF-HA复合膜可促进切口愈合,抑制瘢痕形成。 Objective To investigate the effect of the compound film of epidermal growth factor and hyaluronic acid( EGF-HA) on the wound healing of skin incision in rats. Methods The 36 SD rats were randomly divided into observation group( n = 18) and control group( n = 18). Two cuts were made on two sides of the spine from epidermis to the muscle layer and then were sewn. The observation group was treated with compound film of EGF-HA,while the control group was given black film,and the film was changed every day for 14 days. On the postoperative 3rd,5th,7th,9th,14 th and 21 std,3 rats in each group were killed and made into specimens. The hematoxylin and eosin( HE) stain,masson stain and procollagen III( PCIII) assaying were performed. Results Compared with those in control group,in observation group,the cuticular plate and dermis healed early,the fibroblasts were loose and regulatory collocation with close green collagen area of masson stain; PCIII contents were significant higher than those in control group on postoperative all time points( P 0. 05). Conclusion The compound film of EGF-HA can improve wound healing and inhibit the scar formation.
