“两型社会”建设背景下的土地利用分区研究——以武汉城市圈为例

A Research on The Land Use Zoning in The Background of The Construction of “Twooriented” Society——A case study of Wuhan urban agglomeration

土地利用分区是指导土地高效利用,实现土地科学管理的重要形式。本文以武汉城市圈为研究对象,结合建设"两型社会"新背景,以实现区域资源节约和环境保护为目的,充分考虑土地利用与自然、经济、社会等关系,建立了武汉城市圈土地利用分区评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法和熵权法确定了权重,从资源节约型和环境友好型两个方面对评价单元进行了分析,最终将武汉城市圈土地利用分为4类:资源节约型开发区;环境友好型开发区;资源节约型农业生产区;环境友好型生态保护区。

The land use zoning is an important form of guiding efficient use of land andrealizing scientific＇ management. With Wuhan Urban Agglomeration as the study object, combined with the construction of ＂two oriented＂ society, to achieve resource conservation and environmental protection,take the relationship between land use and natural, economic, social into full consideration, establishthe evaluation indicator system of land use zoning of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration, and use the AHP and entropy method to determine weights, analysis the evaluation unit from the aspects of resource saving and environmental friendly, Wuhan Urban Agglomeration was divided into four sub-regions： Resource-saving development Zone, Eco-friendly development Zone., Resource-saving agricultural regions, Eco-friendly ecological reserve.
