摘要
我国干部培训法律工作在经济社会发展日新月异的今天,取得了很大成就,同时,也有着较大的滞后。剖析我国干部培训法律工作存在的诸多问题,进而完善我国干部培训法律体系,建立完备统一的干部培训法律,并加强监督和实施,不仅能够确保我国的干部培训工作做到有法可依、有法必依,推进依法治国的顺利前行,而且能够向社会公众提供更高水平的公共服务,从而促进服务型政府的建设步伐,提升政府公信力。
Our country legal work cadres training,in today's rapid economic and social development,has made great achievements,also a large lag.Social security orgnaization of service of staff in China is different from the particularity of civil servants and enterprise staff.The paper aimed to analyze the legal problems existing in the cadres training to perfect legal system of cadres training in China,in which way a complete and unified cadres training laws may be established.Meanwhile the government strengthened the supervision and implementation to ensure that the cadres training is legal by promoting the successful implement of social security.
