我国土地流转现状的研究分析

一直以来,制度在社会中都有着基础性的作用,也是决定长期经济绩效的一个非常根本的因素。制度在经济发展中的作用都是显而易见的,近些年来,"三农问题"一直以来是我国关注也迫切需要解决的问题,土地制度改革也是十八大的重点研究事项。本文力图将各界学者关于土地流转的问题及原因分析进行归纳,分析如何推进各地区的土地流转,进而带来农业绩效的提高。这对于推动农业可持续发展具有借鉴意义,也具有一定理论价值。

System has always been a fundamental role in society,also,a very basic factors in deciding the long-term economic performance.System＇s role in the economic development is obvious.In recent years,＂Three-agriculture＂is the problem we should pay more attention to closely and should be solved in our Country.It＇s also the recent large research issue of the 18 th Congress of China＇s Communist Party.This article attempts to summarize the problems and cause analysis of the land circulation from academic circles,then analysis how to promote regional land circulation,and last,improve performance in Agricultural.It has reference significance for the sustainable development of agriculture,also has a certain theoretical value.
