思政课教师是高校对学生进行德育教育的主体,但目前也面临着诸多困境使思政课的实效功能不尽如人意。因此,探索高校思政课教师师德建设的途径、方法,加强思政课教师的师德建设,是当前师德建设中亟待解决的课题。

The recent emergence of a series of events that contrary to virtue illustrate the importance of strengthening urgency and the construction of teachers＇ morality.The ideological and political teacher is the main part of moral education of students,but now also faced with many difficulties which brought unsatisfactory function of actual effect of ideological and political course.Therefore it is the current urgently issue to be solved in the construction of teachers＇ morals subject to explore the approach and method of construction of teachers＇ Morality in Colleges and to strengthen the construction of professional ethics on ideological and political teachers.
