摘要
文章分析了能效管理计划制定所存在的问题,并在此基础上从船舶航行与设备、船舶运营管理与人员等两个角度提出舶能效管理的具体优化措施,具有较强的参考意义。
Based on an analysis of the problems arising from the formulation of energy efficiency management plans, this article puts forward the optimization measures for ship energy efficiency management from the angles of ship navigation and equipment as well as ship operation management and crew, which serves as a reference in this field.
