摘要
文章针对民办高职院校的特点,详细剖析了民办高职院校实施绩效考核管理的意义、涵义与价值,并就如何构建民办高职院校绩效考核管理新机制提出了具体措施,具有一定参考价值。
In view of the characteristics of private vocational colleges, this article analyzes the significance,efficiency and value of the performance appraisal management in private vocational colleges as well as puts forward the measures to construct the mechanism of performance appraisal management.
