摘要 同煤集团忻州窑矿东三盘区11^-2#~12^-1#合并层具有“两硬特厚”的煤层特性,采用上下分层式采煤法开采。针对下分层开采过程中CO超限的问题,分析了超限的原因,应用内、外充填堵漏,采空区喷洒阻化剂,采空区注氮气惰化,均压通风,优化盘区通风系统设计,采空区实施采后封闭、灌浆等综合防灭火措施,并对治理效果进行评析,为矿井安全生产提供有力保障。 It has the characteristics of two hard and extra thickness of No. 11 - 2 - No. 12 - 1 union coal seam in Datong coal mine group Xinzhouyao coal mine eastem No. 3 panel, adopts the upper and lower layer- stepping coal mining method. Aiming at the problem of CO overrunning in process of lower slice layer mining, analyzes the reasons of CO overrun, uses the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures such as filling and leaking stoppage inside and outside the roadway, spraying stopping agent in goaf, injecting nitrogen inerting in goal, pressure balancing ventilation, optimizing the ventilation system design, implementing sealing and grouting after mining in goaf and so on, and then evaluates and analyzes the treatment effects, it can provide powerful safeguard to coal mine safety pro-duction.
