Endothelin and oxidative sress

氧化应激贯穿于高血压、动脉粥样硬化等多种心血管疾病的病理过程。内皮素是一种收缩血管的多肽,在心血管疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。本文现总结氧化应激和内皮素主要在高血压中的作用,旨在为后续的研究提供系统性文献基础的同时也为探索相关疾病的治疗和病理机制以及新药开发提供新的思路。

Oxidative sress plays an important role in pathological process of many cardiovascular diseases,including hypertension and atherosclerosis. Endothelin,a vasoconstrictor peptide,plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease. This paper summarized the role of oxidative stress and endothelin in hypertension,intending to provide the basis for the subsequent systematic literature research and also to explore the treatment of pathological mechanisms and development of new drugs and related diseases provide new ideas.
