汽车半主动控制悬架的仿真研究

摘要 对2自由度的1/4汽车悬架运用多体动力学软件ADAMS建立多体动力学模型,用MATLAB建立半主动控制悬架的模糊控制器,运用ADAMS/View和MATLAB/Simulink进行半主动悬架的联合仿真。仿真结果表明,相对于被动悬架,模糊控制的半主动悬架能有效地降低车身垂向加速度、悬架动挠度和车轮动位移,对改善汽车的操纵稳定性、行驶平顺性和驾驶安全性等综合性能都有着非常重要的意义。 Based on the application of multi‐body dynamics software ADAMS ,the multi‐body dynamics model of 2‐DOF 1/4 automotive suspension is created .The fuzzy controller of semi‐active suspension is built by the adoption of MATLAB while the united simulation of semi‐active suspension is conducted under ADAMS/View and MATLAB/Simulink .The simulation result indicates that the semi‐active suspension of fuzzy controller can effectively lower the vertical acceleraion of car body ,dynamic defection of suspension and wheel dynamic displacement ,which may play a significant role in improving overall performance as handling stability ,riding comfort and driving security .
