摘要
运用Pro/E、Fluent和ANSYS计算工具对10 000m3球罐进行了仿真分析,主要分析球罐在整体热处理时保温阶段的内部流场分布、球壳及腿柱温度场分布,同时采用温度监测系统对球罐壳体进行了实际测量,结果表明仿真结果与实际温度场的分布基本一致,证实了数值模拟仿真模型的正确性,有效地保证了大型球罐焊后热处理的质量并成功应用于实际的工程实践中。
The simulation analysis of a 10 000 m3 spherical tank is carried out by use of Pro/E ,Fluent and ANSYS ,the integral internal flow field ,and the temperature field of spherical shell and mainstay during the heat preservation stage are put emphasis on . Temperature monitoring system is used in the actual measurement of spherical tank shell ,and the simulation result is contrasted with the measured value ,which proves the accuracy of numerical simulation model .
