基于ADAMS的钻床六杆进给机构设计与仿真分析

摘要 针对钻床的工作要求设计了一种六杆进给机构,建立了运动学模型,求得了钻头的运动学方程。在Inventor中建立了机构的三维模型,导入到ADAMS中进行运动学仿真,得到了输出件的运动学曲线。分析表明该机构满足设计要求,利用ADAMS仿真的方法简便、直观、快捷,便于机构优化。 In accordance with the working requirements of drilling machine ,a six‐bar feeding mechanism was designed ,a kinematic model was established ,and the kinematic equations of the bit were set up .After creating 3D model of the six‐bar feeding mechanism by Inventor Software ,it was imported into ADAMS to carry on kinematic simulation and the motion curves of the output component were obtained .Analysis shows that the mechanism can meet the design requirements ,and this method using ADAMS to simulate is simple ,visual ,rapid ,and advantageous for the mechanism optimization .
