摘要
以TZI760液压支架后连杆为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件建立三维模型,将其导入ANSYS Workbench有限元软件,对后连杆进行结构静力学分析,并对结构进行参数化,以变形与应力最小为目标,对后连杆进行优化,为后连杆的结构优化提供了一定的理论依据。
The back link of hydraulic support was taken as the study object ,and its 3D model was established in Pro/Engineer for parametric setting .The model was then imported into ANSYS Workbench for static analysis and structural optimization design .The minimum deformation and stress of back link were served as the object ,the link was optimized ,which provided a reference for back link desig n .
