摘要
分析了变螺距螺杆螺旋线和螺旋槽的数学模型,给出了一种绘制螺旋槽的解析作图方法,修正了传统的近似作图设计方法。利用CATIA强大的实体建模功能,创建了分件供送变距螺杆的三维实体模型。将两种采用不同螺旋线形式的变距螺杆模型分别导入ANSYS Workbench中进行模态分析,通过对结果的分析,得出了四段螺旋线式变距螺杆在抗振性能方面明显优于三段螺旋线式变距螺杆的结论。
In this paper ,the mathematical models of variable pitch screw helix and variable pitch screw spiral scroll are given ,a kind of analytic method of drawing variable pitch screw spiral scroll is put forward ,and the traditional design method is modified .The 3‐dimentional solid model is established by CATIA .The two kinds of different forms of helix pitch screw models are introduced into ANSYS Workbench to modal analysis . The results show the 4‐segment variable pitch screw has a better performance against vibration than the 3‐segment variable pitch screw .
