摘要
以线控换档开关作为研究对象,重点研究了线控换档开关中的凸轮机构;应用CATIA三维建模软件及SimDesign仿真计算软件对曲面块结构进行了仿真计算验证;针对线控换档开关样机进行了产品失效分析及开关力行程曲线测量,经试验验证其技术指标满足客户要求。
This paper takes the shift‐by‐wire switch as the research object ,focuses on the cam mechanism in the switch .The CATIA three‐dimensional modeling software and Simdesign simulation software are used to the calculation simulation of curved surface block structure .According to the prototype of shift‐by‐wire switch ,the product failure analysis and switch force stroke curve measurement are carried out by experiment .The results show the technical indicators can meet the customer requirement .
