摘要
针对现有的电动汽车检测线和检测设备的功能,依据高效安全的因素,对检测工位的分布做出合理的设计。研究设计出了一种定位行进机构,并结合抬升过程的能耗与力学分析,给出了具体的设计和实现方案,并对其进行校核,验证了设计的正确性与实用性。
Based on the functions of existing electric car detection line ,the detection station distribution is determined ,and a travel mechanism is designed .Combined with energy consumption and mechanical analysis ,the design sheme of the travel machanism is analyzed ,to verify its correctness and practicality .
