摘要
通过对某TC4棒材缺陷进行金相、扫描电镜及能谱、XPS、显微硬度等分析,得出该棒材缺陷区为冶金缺陷,是氧化的海绵钛熔化形成的富氧夹杂和低密度偏析。为防止此类缺陷给材料带来危害,铸锭的底部应锯切名义直径6%~8%的长度。
Based on the metallography ,scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) and energy spectrum ,XPS and microhardness analysis , the metallurgical defect of a TC4 bar is found out .It is concluded that the rod defect zone is of oxygen‐rich oxidation inclusion and low density segregation .In order to prevent this kind of defect which has harmful effect on the material properties ,the bottom of the ingot should be cutting 6% ~ 8% of nominal diameter .
