摘要
根据电脑横机天桥的结构特点,针对天桥中两斜面呈100°的技术要求,结合生产实践设计了一副带呈角度斜面的专用夹具,并从多个方面说明了这副夹具结构设计的要点和技巧。经过理论数据的验算以及夹具实物的试验,验证了此套夹具的可行性。
Based on the structural characteristics and technical requirements of computerized flat knitting machine flyover ,combined with production practice ,a special fixture used for machining the computerized flat knitting machine flyover has been designed .The main points and techniques of the fixture design were explained from multiple sides .Checked by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis ,the fixture has been put into use ,and the feasibility of the fixture has been verified .
