摘要
基于盖帽零件在工业生产中应用广泛且使用量大的特点,针对一种典型的盖帽零件进行了冲压模具设计。首先对零件进行工艺分析,之后确定成形工艺,并提出最佳成形工艺方案。重点描述落料拉伸复合模和切边冲孔复合模的设计过程及其各种工艺参数计算,为帽盖类冲压拉伸零件的模具设计提供参考依据。
The cap parts are widely used in industrial production ,so we design sets of stamping dies to produce a kind of typical cap parts .After analysis of the structure features of the part ,we determine the molding process ,and put forward the best forming process scheme .The paper detailedly introduces the design of the compound dies of blanking‐drawing and trimming‐piercing and the technology parameters computation ,which may provide some reference for the design of stamping dies of cap parts .
