Alignment and Calculation Method of Loading Equipment

分析了装填设备与筒形容器对中方案,针对对中过程中存在操作时间长的问题,研究了装填设备六自由度调整量与筒形容器对接面的相对位置偏差之间的关系,优化了装填设备六自由度调整顺序,提高了装填操作效率。

This article analyzed the way to align loading equipment to cylinder vessel .For solving the problem of too long operation time during alignment procedure ,we studied the relationship between 6‐DOF coordinate system and the positional deviation of cylinder vessel interface ,optimized the procedure of 6‐DOF adjustment for the loading equipment ,enhanced the sefficiency of loading operation .
