摘要
为提高光伏玻璃基片质量检测的效率,设计研究了一种自动化程度较高的光伏电池玻璃基片质量检测线分拣机构,并对检测线的分拣机构进行了优化设计。选用三菱PLC作为控制器,通过三菱PLC的基本模块和特殊模块控制变频器、电磁阀和伺服系统等,并根据控制要求设计了电路图。该系统在生产实践中取得了良好的控制效果,使生产效率和产品质量检测结果的正确性等都得到了显著的提高,达到了企业的生产要求。
In order to meet the need of modern quick production and improve the efficiency of the photovoltaic (PV ) glass substrate quality testing ,we designed a kind of automatc photovoltaic cell glass substrate detection system ,optimized the sorting mechanism . The Mitsubishi PLC was selected as the controller ,to control the frequency converter ,the electromagnetic valve and servo system . The circuit diagram was designed according to the control requirement .The system has been applied to PV production ,and a good control effect has been achieved ,which can greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality testing result ,and has reached the requirement of enterprise for production .
