自升式海洋平台升降控制系统的设计

Design of Jacking Control System of Self-elevating Offshore Platform

摘要 介绍了自升式海洋平台升降控制系统的功能、硬件组成、PLC程序设计、触摸屏控制界面的设计以及WinCC监视界面的组态。该控制系统采用西门子S7-200系列PLC作为下位机实现逻辑控制,上位机采用上海步科MT4414触摸屏实现对海洋平台的升降运动操作,并且在组态的WinCC画面上实现对海洋平台的全过程监视,包括现场设备的工作状态和故障信息等。试验运行表明,该系统可靠性和安全性高,结构简单,能够满足海洋平台的升降要求。 This article introduces the functions ,hardware composition ,PLC program design ,touch screen control interface design and the configuration of WinCC monitor interface of the jacking control system of a self‐elevating offshore platform .This control system uses Siemens S7‐200 series PLC as the lower computer to realize logic control ,uses MT4414 touch screen of Shanghai Kinco as upper computer to achieve the operation of jacking movement of offshore platform .In addition ,the WinCC configuration software fulfills the whole process of monitoring the offshore platform ,including working condition and fault information of field devices .The test results show that the control system has the advantages of high reliability and simple structure ,satisfying the jacking requirements of the offshore platform .
