摘要
针对LF精炼炉生产过程中钢包底吹氩的脱碳作用进行了研究和分析,介绍了吹氩过程中脱碳的原理,依此原理建立了脱碳数学模型;根据模型的计算结果,从数值角度分析和研究了氩气气泡从吹入到溢出钢水的整个脱碳过程;对模型在生产现场的实际应用也作了介绍。
This paper analyzed the ladle bottom blowing argon decarburization in ladle furnace production process ,introduced the principle of argon decarburization ,and established a decarburization model .Based on the calculation results of the model ,the w hole decarburization process from argon bubbles blow into the molten steel to spill throughout was studied .The model used in production field w as also discussed .
