摘要
针对皇冠盖抗弯曲力检测指标,在大量现场检测数据的基础上,根据材料厚度增量及硬度对抗弯曲力的影响趋势,通过回归分析提出了皇冠盖抗弯曲力预测模型,并进一步验证了预测模型的准确性,有效地提高了检测效率。
In allusion to the anti‐bending force detection indexes of metal crown cap ,based on a mass of field experiments ,according to the influence of material thickness increment and hardness on the anti‐bending force ,this paper puts forward the anti‐bending force forecasting model of metal crown cap through regression analysis ,and validates the accuracy of the model .By use of this model ,the detection efficiency can be effectively improved .
