基于Pro/E的采煤机齿轮修形量的研究

Pro/E-based Study of Shearer Gear Modification

对采煤机齿轮鼓形修形进行了研究,运用计算机辅助功能确定鼓形齿的修形量,并对修形的齿轮进行分析,证明确定的鼓形修形量是合理的,对采煤机齿轮的修形有一定的指导意义。

The study on the crowning modification of shearer gear was conducted ,and the modification amount of crowned teeth was determined using computer aided function ,then the modified gear was analyzed .The results show that the determination of modification amount is rational ,this work has certain guiding significance for the shearer gear modification .
