基于心理资本视角的高校学生教育管理工作路径探析

A Study of the Education Management for College Students from the Perspective of Psychological Capital

心理资本理论强调通过强化个体的积极心理因素、整合其内在的心理资源而提升个体的社会竞争力,为高校学生教育管理工作开启了新的视角。文章借鉴心理资本干预模型,提出了搭建六大平台,有针对性地培育大学生心理资本的工作路径。

The theory of psychological capital,which emphasizes the promotion of individual social competitiveness by strengthening the positive psychological factors and integrating his internal resources,opens up new perspectives for the education management for college students.The authors of this paper,with the help of the psychological capital intervention model,propose building six platforms to foster college students＇ psychological capital.
