N末端B型脑钠肽原评价血液透析对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过观察N末端B型脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平的变化情况,来评估血液透析对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法选取2012年6月至2014年1月在该院初诊为慢性肾衰竭(CRD)并接受定期血液透析的50-70岁男性患者58例。按心脏彩超测量左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)进行分组,A组(50mm0.05)。透析后患者肌酐有明显下降(P〈0.01),但各组间比较肌酐下降幅度未见明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论血液透析可以改善慢性心功能不全,NT-proBNP的下降幅度与透析前LVDd值呈正比,并且NT-proBNP的敏感性优于LVDd。
