3例单增李斯特菌感染的病原学、临床及流行病学特征分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析四川省自贡市2014年3例单增李斯特菌感染的临床特征及其病原学特征。方法搜集临床病例信息;采用血清分型,脉冲场凝胶电泳技术和多位点序列分型方法对单增李斯特菌进行分子分型。结果 3例患者均为免疫力低下人群,有发热和败血症症状;3株单增李斯特菌中2株为1/2a血清型、ST8型,1株为1/2b血清型、ST778型,3株PFGE带型均不同。结论免疫力低下人群易受单增李斯特菌侵袭性感染。通过与国内外食品及病人单增李斯特菌相关流行学资料比较,提示国外流行克隆群以及国内某些流行型菌株可引起国内李斯特菌病散发,甚至成为将来暴发的隐患。 We aimed to investigate the current Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes) infection and the molecular char- acteristics of L. monocytogenes from clinical cases in Zigong, Sichuan Province, China. Detailed clinical information of the pa- tients was collected. Three L. monocytogenes isolated from the patients were characterized by serotyping, pulsed-field gel elec- trophoresis (PFGE) and multi-locus sequence typing (MLST). Results showed that L. monocytogenes caused fever and sepsis in all of the three patients, who had decreased immune system function. Two of the three isolations were serotype 1/2a and ST8, and the rest one was serotype 1/2b and ST778. The pulsotypes of the isolations were different from each other. Com- pared with the epidemiological data of L. monocytogenes both in China and abroad, the epidemic clones in other countries and the clones with high prevalence in China caused sporadic listeriosis in China, even might cause outbreaks. It is suggested that the surveillance of L. monocytogenes in clinic and food products should be built up and enhanced, respectively.
