莫西沙星片过敏致急性心肌梗死1例 被引量：3

摘要 病例：患者，男，61岁。因“突发意识不清”。于2014年7月14日入我院治疗。患自述当日因中耳炎自行服用莫西沙星片400mg（拜耳医药保健有限公司，批号：BJ12265），约30min后，患者手掌及腹部出现红疹，有针刺样疼痛，并伴腹泻，之后患者出现意识不清，二便失禁。转运至我院途中，患者神志渐清晰，自觉头晕不适，
