认识Kounis综合征

摘要 Kounis综合征是各种过敏介质介导引起过敏反应,激活肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞,释放组胺,诱发冠脉痉挛、粥样硬化斑块破裂和血栓,从而造成急性冠脉综合征。Kounis综合征的治疗包括组胺受体拮抗剂、糖皮质激素结合常规的冠心病治疗方法。
