摘要
近年来,人民生活水平不断提高,对营养的要求也越来越严格。胆固醇,作为人体健康不可缺少的营养素,食入过量却会导致胆结石等病症。因此,为了降低鸡蛋中胆固醇含量,研究其影响因素越来越必要。本文详细论述了影响鸡蛋中胆固醇含量的因素,为降低鸡蛋中胆固醇含量提供了理论依据。
In recent years, people's living standards continue to improve. So people's life is becoming more and more strict with nutrition. Cholesterol, as human health is an essential nutrIent, but it will lead to excessive ingestion of gallstones and other illnesses. Therefore, in order to reduce the cholesterol content of eggs, to study the factors increasingly necessary. This paper summarized the factors that influence the content of cholesterol in eggs, to provide the basis for further reducing the cholesterol content in eggs.
