口服盐酸特比萘芬对幼犬肾脏损伤的病理组织学观察

6月龄以下幼犬皮肤保护屏障不健全,皮肤真菌病发病率高,盐酸特比萘芬抗菌作用力强,在小动物临床上广泛应用于治疗浅表真菌病。为了探究口服盐酸特比萘酚对幼犬肾功能的影响,本文通过对20只2月龄左右健康幼犬,按照对照组(0mg/kg·d)、低剂量组(5 mg/kg·d)、推荐剂量组(10 mg/kg·d)、中剂量组(20 mg/kg·d)和高剂量组(40 mg/kg·d)连续口服盐酸特比萘芬21 d,在投喂第21天采取肾脏活组织,H.E.染色,进行肾脏病理切片镜检,观察盐酸特比萘芬对幼犬肾组织病理学损伤。结果显示,各个剂量的盐酸特比萘芬均能造成幼犬肾脏实质性损伤,且越高剂量的盐酸特比萘芬对肾脏的损伤越高。

The puppy skin protective barrier under 6 months is not fullly developed, which had high rates of fungal skin disease. Terbinafine hydrochloride had good effects on antibacterial actions, and was widely used to treat superficial mycosis in clinical. To explore the influence of orally administration of terbinafine hydrochloride on the kidney of puppies, 20 healthy puppies around 2 months were divided into 5 groups： the control group （0 mg/kg·d）, low dosage group （5 mg/ kg·d）, recommendation dosage group （10 mg/kg·d）, middle dosage group （20 mg/kg·d） and high dosage group （40 mg/kg·d）. The rats were continuous administered with terbinafine hydrochloride orally for 21 days, tthe kidneys were collected at the end of the 35 day, stained with H.E , the pathological changes were observed under the microscope. The results showed that all dosages in this experiment could cause injury to the kidney, and the higher concentration, the more serious injury in the kidney.
