北票某种猪场粪便污水治理模式调研和处理效果解析 被引量:2

摘要 北票某种猪场选择HDPE防渗膜作为建筑材料,利用沼气工程处理畜禽粪便污水,HDPE膜沼气池施工过程简单,成本低廉,适合作为畜禽规模养殖污水贮存池的建筑材料。监测数据显示,污水初始污染程度很高,经过处理后,出水样中悬浮物降解率为81.8%,COD降解率为80.0%,BOD5降解率为66.4%,沼气池厌氧处理作用明显,并有效保留了氨氮和总磷等养分,有利于作为液态肥使用。 A pig breeding farm in Beipiao selected the HDPE geomembrane as building materials, the use of manure biogas project. The construction process of HDPE geomembrane is simple, and the cost is low, which is suitable for the construction of the storage tank of livestock and poultry. Monitoring data show that the initial effluent pollution degree is very high, after treatment, water suspended matter degradation rate was 81.8%, COD degradation rate was 80.0%, BOD5 degradation rate was 66.4% and anaerobic digesters treatment effect is obvious, and effectively preserve the ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus and other nutrients, can be used as liquid fertilizer.
