践行“三严三实” 加强党性修养

Practicing “Three Stricts and Three Honests”and Strengthening Party Spirit

"三严三实"包含着党员领导干部每天都会遇到的做人、做事、待人、待己、用权、戒权等基本问题,涉及到世界观、人生观、价值观、权力观、事业观、群众观等核心问题。"三严"为共产党员特别是领导干部树立了世界观、人生观、权力观、价值观的标尺,"三实"为共产党员特别是领导干部树立了谋事、创业、做人的标尺。党中央决定在县处级以上干部中集中开展"三严三实"专题教育,就是要教育引导全体党员领导干部加强党性修养,坚持实事求是,改进工作作风,让每一个领导干部做到对党忠诚、个人干净、敢于担当。

The“three stricts and three honests”（ be strict in morals,power and disciplining oneself;be honest in decisions,business and behavior）contains the basic issues that party member leading cadres encounter every day,such as conducting oneself,doing things,treating others,disciplining oneself,using power,and being cautious on power,and it involves the core issues such as views of world,life,value,power,business and masses. The“three stricts”sets a benchmark for CPC members especially leading cadres in respect of views of world, life,power and value,while the“three honests”sets a benchmark for CPC members especially leading cadres in respect of making decisions,starting business and conducting oneself. That the CPC Central Committee has de-cided to carry out the education on the theme of“three stricts and three honests”for the cadres of the county level or above is for the purpose of educating and guiding all the party member leading cadres to enhance their party spirit,persist in seeking truth from facts,and improve their working style,thus making every leading cadre be honest to the Party,clean in behavior,and brave in assuming responsibilities.
