A Study on Promoting the Normalization,Institutionalization and Routinization of Intra-party Life

严格党内生活是马克思主义政党的重要法宝,是新形势下从严治党的迫切需要,是更好贯彻群众路线的必然要求。当前党内政治生活存在着政治性体现不够、思想认识不到位、制度机制不完善、制度坚持和落实不够等问题。推动党内生活规范化、制度化和常态化应从以下方面着手:在党的建设制度改革中统筹设计党内生活制度;从严管理党员干部队伍;完善严格党内生活工作机制和营造有利于严肃党内生活的良好氛围。

Being strict in intra- party life is an important weapon of Marxist parties,an urgent need for strengthening party discipline under the new situation,and a necessary requirement for better carrying through the mass line. The intra- party life of the present has problems such as insufficient political feature,ideological cognition not in place,incomplete institution and mechanism,and insufficient implementation of institution. To promote the normalization,institutionalization and routinization of intra- party life,we should plan and design the intra- party life system in the reform of party building system,manage the party member cadres strictly,perfect the working mechanism of intra- party life,and build up a good atmosphere favorable for strengthening intra- party life.
